有机高分子奈米薄膜,具有耐腐蚀性、极好的防潮性、高绝缘强度,是无色高透明度膜层,可对交通道路、户外广场、机场、车站等场所及潮湿恶劣环境、户外环境所使用的LED显示屏作极佳的防护,并达到国际IP规范IP55~IP68相应等级要求。有机高分子奈米镀膜可大幅降低传统灌胶方式在产品上所增加的重量及体积,以减少产品支架成本并具更好的散热性,符合国际环保要求、不易龟裂、使用中亦可更换产品上损坏的零件..等优点。可使LED具有防潮、防水、耐酸碱等功能。

The preparation process of poly (p-xylene) is vacuum vapor phase film forming method. The cyclic dimer of p-xylene is heated and vaporized, then pyrolyzed at high temperature to form a double free radical gas, which is directly condensated and polymerized into a film-forming chamber under vacuum conditions.

Parylene N poly (p-xylene) has the strongest permeability and can effectively form thin films on various slits or blind holes. Its dielectric constant is very low (2.65) and dissipation factor is small, and changes little with the increase of external frequency. At the same time, it has the best lubrication effect, mainly used in rubber and optical fields.
Parylene C substitutes chlorine atom for hydrogen on aromatics, has very low permeability of water molecules and corrosive gases, and its deposition growth rate is much faster than that of N-type. It is the most widely used powder with the best protective effect at present.
Parylene F can replace SCS HT powder and has flame retardancy. It has relatively better physical and electrical properties at higher temperatures, and has better thermal stability and anti-UV ultraviolet radiation compared with N and C type. It is especially suitable for outdoor LED three-proof use.
